About Andrew Techet
As a Raleigh native I have enjoyed being a part of this great town as it develops. Like my grand father who came to Raleigh in the 1940's, as a builder and grew into a developer, I too follow in his footsteps in an attempt to provide the best possible services to my community. My background has been largely in multi-family and retail shopping centers as an owner and manager, though I have undertaken numerous rehab and construction projects. Today my role as the BIC for HTR Capital is to provide guidance and opportunity to our agents without directly competing with them.
